Partner, Infrastructure & Energy (W/M)

About

Mews Deutschland, the german entity of the Group, is looking for a Partner to develop and lead its Infrastructure & Energy activity in Germany. This is a senior leadership role combining business development, client relationship management, and delivery oversight.

The Partner will play a pivotal role in accelerating Mews Deutschland's growth in the German market, leveraging the firm's recognized expertise in operational performance, large-scale project management, and organizational transformation in France within the energy and infrastructure sectors.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Business Development

  • Define and execute the commercial strategy for the Infrastructure & Energy sector in Germany

  • Build, develop, and maintain senior relationships with key clients (utilities, grid operators, energy producers, infrastructure asset owners and operators, engineering companies)

  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities, lead proposal development and contract negotiation

  • Represent Mews Partners at industry events, conferences, and in professional networks

Sector Leadership

  • Lead the Infrastructure & Energy activities at Mews Deutschland, in coordination with the sector Mews Partners group leader

  • Adapt Mew Partners sector's offering and value proposition for the German market, aligned with Mews Partners' methodologies (operational performance, Design to Value/Cost, engineering performance, organizational transformation, PMO)

  • Contribute to the sector development for Mews Partners of thought leadership and market positioning

Delivery & Team Management

  • Oversee the delivery of consulting engagements, ensuring quality, client satisfaction, and profitability in accordance with Mews Partners’ standards

  • Lead and mentor multidisciplinary consulting teams (senior consultants, consultants, analysts)

  • Act as executive sponsor on strategic client accounts

Internal Contribution

  • Participate actively in Mews Partners' leadership team and strategic decisions for the sector

  • Contribute to talent development and recruitment within the German office

  • Foster cross-office collaboration between Mews Deutschland and the broader group (France, international)

Preferred Experience

Experience

  • 15+ years of professional experience, including significant exposure to the Energy and/or Infrastructure sectors

  • Minimum 5 years in a senior consulting role (Partner, Director, or equivalent) with demonstrated business development achievements

  • Track record of managing complex transformation, operational performance, or large project management engagements in energy (renewables, grid, hydrogen, conventional generation) and/or infrastructure (transport, utilities, telecom)

  • Experience working in or with the German industrial ecosystem is strongly mandatory

Skills

  • Strong business development mindset, with an established and actionable network in the German Energy and Infrastructure market

  • Deep expertise in one or more of the following: operational performance improvement, large project / program management (PMO), asset management, engineering performance, organizational transformation, Design to Cost / Design to Value

  • Excellent leadership and people management skills; ability to inspire and develop teams

  • High degree of entrepreneurship and autonomy; comfortable in a growing, hands-on environment

  • A strong ability for cross development with other partners, sectors and practices

  • Strong analytical and structured thinking; ability to translate complex problems into actionable recommendations

Languages

  • German: native or full professional proficiency (mandatory)

  • English: full professional proficiency (mandatory)

  • French: a plus

Education

  • Graduate degree from a leading engineering school, business school, or university (Master's level minimum)
